These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Dream Downloader Infotech Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Terms cover the VPNBite mobile application (the "App"), the VPN service it provides (the "Service"), and our website. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not transfer, redistribute, sublicense, sell, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service is provided to protect your privacy and security. You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect our infrastructure or other users from abuse. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not monitor your browsing activity; abuse handling relies solely on technical connection data and external abuse reports.
Parts of the Service are offered under auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID via the App Store. For all subscriptions:

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we do not collect, log, or store your browsing history, visited websites, DNS queries, or VPN traffic content, and we do not sell, use, or disclose to any third party any data collected through the VPN functionality, for any purpose.
THE APP AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE IN ALL LOCATIONS AT ALL TIMES. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Nothing in this section limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
The App uses the following third-party services, and your use of the App is also subject to their applicable terms:
None of these services receives your VPN traffic, browsing activity, or VPN connection data.
All intellectual property rights in the App and the Service belong exclusively to Dream Downloader Infotech Ltd., not Apple. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim to the extent required by law.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a VPN is lawful in your jurisdiction; the Service may not be available in countries where VPN use is restricted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR THE SERVICE. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you reside, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
