This Privacy Policy describes how Dream Downloader Infotech Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the VPNBite mobile application (the "App") and the VPN service it provides (the "Service"). We designed the Service so that we know as little about you as possible. This policy explains exactly what we do and do not collect.
We do not collect, log, or store your browsing history, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or the content of your VPN traffic. We do not sell, use, or disclose to any third party any data collected through the VPN functionality, for any purpose.
Your online activity while connected to the Service is not monitored, recorded, analyzed, or shared. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or tracking of any kind.
The App does not require an account or sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying profile information in order to use the Service. If you voluntarily contact our support email, we receive the email address you write from and use it solely to respond to your request.
To establish and maintain a VPN connection, our servers must temporarily process a minimal set of technical data:

This technical data is never used for advertising, profiling, or tracking of browsing activity, and is never shared with any third party.
The temporary technical connection data described above exists only on VPN servers under our exclusive control, located in the countries corresponding to the VPN regions offered in the App. Our backend API, which does not store any VPN traffic or browsing data, is hosted on infrastructure we control in the United States. No third party has access to these server logs.
Separately from the VPN functionality, the App uses two third-party SDKs provided by Google:
Neither of these SDKs receives any VPN traffic, browsing activity, or VPN connection data. The information they process is limited to app-usage and device information, entirely separate from the VPN tunnel.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. We receive only anonymous confirmation of the purchase outcome needed to unlock the features you paid for.
Temporary technical connection logs are automatically rotated and deleted after a short period. Anonymous analytics data is retained in accordance with Firebase’s standard retention settings. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request, and delete it upon your ask.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because the Service is designed not to associate data with your identity, in most cases we hold no data that can be linked to you; where we do (for example, support correspondence), we will honor your request promptly. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. The categories we process are limited to the technical connection data and anonymous app-usage data described in this policy.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the safety of users or the security of the Service. Because we do not log browsing activity or VPN traffic, we have no such activity data to produce in response to any request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in the App or on this page before they take effect.
